Software
is a key mechanical tool that makes the Information Technology (IT) progressive
and advanced which supports an improvement in the manufacturing and services
of the Nation. This factor causes a highly continuous demanding tendency
both domestic and abroad. To develop the software industry both for low
investment in small industries and for the large ones, Thailand needs to
prepare our readiness; preparing tools and equipment , developing personnel
quality and data access anywhere anytime and managing the scattering data
on network in order to support the future technology. These factors will
build up the competitive capacity in the economy in Thailand.
